Robot profiles are public: robot name, model, type, city and region, tagline, capabilities, photo, the links provided by the owner (booking, Instagram, website) and the public KYR ID. No postal address or personal data about the owner is published.

Your email is used only to sign in (magic link or Google via Supabase Auth) and to attach your robots. It is never displayed or sold. No password is stored. For likes without an account, your browser keeps a random key used for nothing else; we store only a hashed fingerprint of it, and only the like total is public.

To bootstrap the registry, some profiles are created from information that is already public (websites, social media). The owner can claim, correct, hide or request deletion of these profiles at any time.

From My space you can edit, hide or delete your profiles and delete your account. For any request about a profile you do not control, use the “Claim this profile” link or write to our privacy officer: [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

Data is hosted on Supabase (database, authentication, photos). The app is served through Cloudflare and Google Cloud. No advertising tracking is used.

KyRobott takes no payment and does not handle bookings: the Book button always opens the owner’s website.

Cities, regions and countries come from GeoNames (geonames.org), licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. The coordinates shown on a profile are the centre of the chosen city, deliberately offset by a couple of kilometres: KyRobott neither knows nor publishes a robot’s address.
